What are your favorite hobbies?

I enjoy being active and outdoors – playing golf consumes a good portion of my free time. I also love to travel and spend quality time with family and friends.

Why did you choose a career in Human Resources? 

I value the opportunity to work with people. Growing up in a house with six siblings I learned quickly how important it is to work as a team to accomplish goals, which is directly correlated to my professional career.

What is your current job / career?

As an employee benefits consultant, I enjoy helping businesses grasp the intricacies of employee health and benefits and how these plans can positively affect both the employees and the organization’s overall success.

What is your greatest personal accomplishment?

After a decade in the steel industry, I recently made the decision to switch careers. Transitioning into the insurance space has proven to be one of the most rewarding decisions in my professional journey. I am now a part of an outstanding organization who leads the way in innovation withing the industry.

Why did you choose to renew your NEPA SHRM membership?

I was raised in NEPA and continue to call it my home. I take pride in being part of such a great community and would like to continue being engaged in supporting the individuals who play a pivotal role in its growth and prosperity.
