What are your favorite hobbies?

Exploring the outdoors with my dog, traveling and trying new food and wine.

Why did you choose a career in Human Resources? 

I am passionate about the technical/business side of the HR field, while also having the opportunity to help others. It’s the best of both worlds.

Associate Director, Human Resource at Wilkes University.

What is your greatest personal accomplishment?

Still working on it :) 

Why did you choose to join NEPA SHRM?

As I grow in my career, I am focused on strengthening connections with HR professionals in and outside of my industry. I am excited to learn from this group while also sharing my own insights.
