What are your favorite hobbies?

• Antique cars (I have a 68 Cadillac).
• I like food, both cooking and trying new restaurants (I went to Culinary School before I got into Business/HR).
• I like getting outdoors with activities such as camping, hiking and fishing.
• I love a good amusement park (my wife and I love going to Knoebles whenever we can).

Why did you choose a career in Human Resources? 

I chose a career in HR mainly to help people!

What is your current job / career?

I am currently the Human Resources Lead for Beyond Behavior Consulting, LLC. We're a small business, focused on the treatment of children with Autism, which includes speech and occupational therapy for all children with special needs.

What is your greatest personal accomplishment?

My greatest personal accomplishment was making the move from the service industry into a business role.

How long have you been a member of NEPA SHRM?

I've been a member since 2021.

Why did you choose to renew your NEPA SHRM membership?

I've renewed for all the fantastic opportunities there are for HR education and networking!
