What are your favorite hobbies?

My favorite hobbies are reading, gardening, traveling with my family and soon to be spending time with my new granddaughter.

Why did you choose a career in Human Resources? 

I like the complexity of HR with the various aspects of it.  I also like being able to help co-workers excel in their career.

What is your current job / career?

Operations manager, Employee Benefits

What is your greatest personal accomplishment?

Never settling with the status quo.  I love to learn and grow.  I set my mind on adding HR and a SHRM designation to my job requirements to help my team and our company's clients with HR issues.  It has proven to be very valuable.

How long have you been a member of NEPA SHRM?

Four years

Why did you choose to renew your NEPA SHRM membership?

I find collaborating with your peers is a great way to keep learning and I would like to take a more active part in activities etc.
