What are your favorite hobbies?

I love spending time with my family; our two children keep us very busy! I’m also a sports/fantasy sports fanatic. I play in numerous fantasy football and baseball leagues.

Why did you choose a career in Human Resources? 

I worked in Higher Education for 10+ years, but had an interest in recruiting for quite some time. I finally decided to make the switch around two years ago, and it has been a great transition. I love working with people, and it’s wonderful to get to know people across the country and place them into new, exciting positions.

What is your current job / career?

I’m an Executive Recruiter for Duffy Group; a fully remote company with headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, but I am here in NEPA!

What is your greatest personal accomplishment?

I was the first person in my family to attend college. I was proud to not only earn a Bachelor’s degree but to also complete a Master’s program, too.
