What are your favorite hobbies?
I enjoy playing guitar and water skiing/boating, and I am an avid reader of all types of fiction and business books.

Why did you choose a career in HR?
My career choice was accounting, but I continue to gravitate into HR leadership roles, whether as a division leader or now CEO of a small company.

What is your current job / career?
I am the CEO and CFO of a small specialty engineering firm. My back-office duties include HR leadership.

What is your greatest personal accomplishment?
Earning my MBA in finance from Lehigh University is certainly a high point, but my greatest shared accomplishment has been raising my two daughters with my wife. Watching our girls grow into productive and happy young adults is personally satisfying.
