    Change Management is the transition of individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a future state with the least amount of resistance. It includes methods that redirect, or redefine, the use of resources, business process, budget allocations, or other approaches that significantly change a company or organization. Organizational change management takes into consideration the full organization, while change management can also refer to how people and teams are affection by organizational transition.  Regardless of your definition, implementing change can be much easier and successful, when you plan carefully and build a proper foundation.

    With today’s globalization and innovative technologies contribution to an evolving business environment, it is necessary to continually adjust and plan for new situations. As a result, change processes have become part of the daily management routine and HR leaders need to become confortable with change. They must also be open to the adoption of a variety of frameworks and methods to enhance their effectiveness as Change Agents.
