Dr. Karen Yarrish
Dr. Karen Yarrish has been a human resource professional for more than 14 years, a professor in higher education for twenty three years, and a member of higher education administration for seven years. Since arriving at Keystone College in 1998, she has played an integral role in moving the college into a baccalaureate institution by developing the bachelor’s degree in business: human resource management. Karen currently serves as the Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Keystone College. Dr. Yarrish holds a Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University, a Masters of Science Degree from The University of Scranton, a Bachelors of Science Degree from King’s College and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR).

Dr. E. Lee Fedler
Dr./retired USAF Major E. Lee Felder, Jr. is the Director of Human Resources for Marywood University and an integral part of the university’s leadership team.  His previous position was Vice President for Human Resources at the University of South Dakota.  Dr. Felder has served in the nationally recognized Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) organization across the country and has received numerous awards/certifications to include the National Defense Service Medal, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the AF Meritorious Service Medal, the AF Achievement Medal, and an esteemed SHRM Affiliate HR Leadership award.  Furthermore, he is nationally certified by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and by the Human Resource Certification Institute and the Institute of Certified Professional Managers as a Senior, Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Manager (CM) respectively.  Dr. Felder is also a member of veterans and civic groups. 

Sara Rosinski
Sara Rosinski is a HR Generalist at Romark Logistics and over the past 3 years she has immersed herself into Human Resources and obtained her SHRM Certified Professional certification.  Beginning in the staffing industry 7 years ago, she found her passion working with individuals and leading them to success which fueled her drive to continue to learn more.  Her compassion, along with ability and competence to look at situations, none too small, leads her to successfully provide all facets of her role in HR.

With her continued involvement to expand her experience and knowledge, Sara continues her education through networking with other HR professionals and courses to excel her to the next chapter in her HR career. 

Neena Patton
Neena Patton-Lambert has over 12 years of professional Human Resources experience. Currently, she is a Sr. Director, Human Resources for C3i Solutions, an HCL Technologies Company. While her experiences over time have afforded her the opportunity to manage many different aspects of Human Resources, her current position is more focused as an Executive/Sr. level business partner providing guidance on employee relations and engagement, policy creation and implementation, talent and performance management and organizational development as well as leading and participating in assigned merger and acquisition tracks. When not working or traveling, Neena resides in Dallas, PA with her husband of six years and her two ‘furbabies’ (dogs), Jackson and Emma.
