New I-9
The new I-9 (employment eligibility verification form) has been issued. It is dated 10/21/2019 and can be found here- https://www.uscis.gov/i-9 It is recommended that employer should start using the new I-9 now, but it will not become mandatory until May 1, 2020. Through April 30, employers can use the outgoing I-9 dated 07/17/2017 or the new edition
