What are your favorite hobbies?

I love to spend time with my family. I also love to read and spend time outdoors. We also like to visit a few Comic Cons throughout the year.

Why did you choose a career in Human Resources? 

I chose a career in HR after I realized how helpful they can be to people. The light bulb went off
while I was sitting in a new hire orientation at a new job. I knew I wanted to work in a field that
allowed me to help people.

What is your current job / career?

Total Rewards Supervisor at Benco Dental

What is your greatest personal accomplishment?

I take great pride in being a mom and wife while also maintaining a professional career that I am
passionate about. Being a mom to my two children is a great privilege. I’m also proud to hold a
master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Scranton.

How long have you been a member of NEPA SHRM?

Around 1‐2 years I believe.

Why did you chose to renew your membership?

NEPA SHRM offers greatly informative professional webinars. I’m impressed with how many topics they cover. I also want to connect with fellow peers.
